Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to the US.
We also offer shipping to Canada, and Mexico for an additional fee depending on location.
All orders will be fulfilled by Fed Ex.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you purchased on our website
Because we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, we do not offer free return or exchange shipping.
We allow you to pick your return carrier as a result and recommend US Post Mail. Should you want us to print a return label for you, we will deduct it from your refund value.
The product must be returned in its original plastic bag, paper stuffed, with hangtag, and in the same condition as you received it within 14 days of your ship date. Once we receive your return or exchange, we will process the transaction.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate a return or Within 14 days of when your order was shipped.
Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate an exchange within 14 days of when your order was shipped.
Defective Merchandise
If you are past 14 days, but within two months of the purchase date, and your product is defective, you can return the merchandise for store credit.
This credit will be issued in the form of a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on our website (credits cannot be applied to shipping charges).

Please contact our Helpdesk, at contactus@allanciabags.com, so we can have a record of your return or exchange request and we will provide the shipping address for the transaction.

Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, it may require additional days for the refund to post to your account.
Original shipping charges and return charges are non-refundable.
Any discount code, reward code or special offer on your return order is not transferable to another order.
If you purchased from an authorized retailer
We accept returns for items purchased on our website only. Merchandise purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase and is subject to their return policy.
If your merchandise is defective and you are past the returns window from an authorized retailer, please email us at ContactUs@allanciabags.com. In your email, provide us with photos of the product and anything that can help us verify the purchase, i.e. A credit card line item or your original receipt. Our help desk will respond with an appropriate solution.
